Bump-in day is your big chance to bring your booth vision to life – and we’re here to help make it smooth, safe, and stress-free! With a little prep, you’ll be set up in no time, ready to greet visitors and make an amazing impression.
Here’s your ultimate guide to bumping in like a pro:
1. Complete Your Online Safety Induction
Safety first, always! Before you arrive, all staff, volunteers, and contractors must complete the Adelaide Showground Online Safety Induction:
Once done, keep your induction certificate handy – printed or on your phone – as Adelaide Showground staff will be checking. If you can’t show it, you’ll need to pause setup until it’s completed. Let’s avoid that and keep the momentum going!
2. Rock the Hi-Vis Look
Hi-vis vests aren’t just a safety essential – they’re your official bump-in badge of honour. Please bring your own if you can. We’ll have a small number available to purchase at the bump-in desk (card only).
3. Bring Your Trolly, Skip the Workout
No forklifts will be on site, so your trusty trolly will be your best friend for moving supplies in and out. It’ll save you time, energy, and multiple trips – so you can focus on making your booth look incredible.
4. Stick to the Bump-In Times
We have one golden window for setup: 12:00pm – 5:00pm, Thursday 16th October.
✅ Booths must be ready to go by 5:00pm sharp.
❌ No setup allowed on event day — so get it all done in your bump-in slot!
5. Save on Parking with an Exhibitor Pass
Make bump-in and event days easier (and cheaper!) by pre-purchasing a discounted exhibitor parking pass.
- Cost: $25 incl. GST
- Valid: From bump-in to bump-out

6. Smooth Entry & Parking
Follow this route for the easiest access:
- Enter Car Park 1 via Rose Terrace.
- Walk through the 1J Gate to Jubilee Plaza (clostest to bump-in entrance).
- Head straight to the big rollar door on the NW corner of Jubilee Pavilion – look for the “X” on the map.
