Your DAL Expo Checklist: Everything You Need to Prepare Like a Pro

With the DAL Expo just around the corner, it’s time to get prepped and make sure you’re ticking all the right boxes. Whether you’re a first-time exhibitor or a returning favourite, this checklist will help you stay organised and ready to make the most of your expo experience.

Everything you need to know is included in the Exhibitor Handbook – from logistics and safety to marketing and bump-in details. Be sure to read it thoroughly and refer back to it throughout your preparation.

1. Accept the Terms and Conditions

Before anything else, make sure you’ve formally accepted the event’s Terms and Conditions. It’s quick, easy, and essential for your participation. Click Here to accept.

2. Check Your Public Liability Insurance

A current Certificate of Currency for your public liability insurance is required to exhibit. Double-check that it’s up to date.

3. Complete Your Business Listing on ExpoFP

Your digital profile is how attendees can find and learn about you before and during the expo. Complete your listing on ExpoFP with your logo, business details, and description to get the most out of your visibility. You can find this link in your invoice.

4. Safety Induction - Mandatory!

All exhibitors must complete the Adelaide Showground safety induction. It only takes a few minutes and ensures a safe environment for all. No induction = no entry.

5. Organise Car Park Passes

Need parking? Make sure you’ve booked your car park passes in advance. Click the link to receive your special exhibitor discount.

6. Double-Check Your Booth Inclusions

Review what’s included with your booth. If you need to upgrade furniture, power access, signage or other elements, get in touch with AEH (Adelaide Expo Hire) to add extras before it’s too late. Refer to the handbook for contact details.

7. Cafe Pre-Orders

Want to skip the queues? Café pre-orders are available for exhibitors. Get your coffee or lunch sorted early so you can stay energised and focused during the day. Refer to the handbook to find this information.

8. Stay Hydrated - Bring a Drink Bottle

You’ll be chatting, walking, and engaging all day – don’t forget to stay hydrated! Bring a reusable drink bottle to refill at the drinking fountains in the food court.

9. Got Your Networking Event Tickets?

Our Cocktails & Canapés Networking Event is the perfect opportunity to make new connections and unwind after the expo day. If you haven’t secured your ticket yet, now’s the time!

10. Use Our Media Kit to Promote Your Presence

Take advantage of our official Media Kit – packed with social media graphics, logos, captions, and email banners to promote your booth. Boost your exposure before the event and let your audience know where to find you!

Final Tip: Don't Leave It to the Last Minute

Preparation is key to a successful expo experience. Tick these items off early so you can focus on what matters most: connecting with attendees, showcasing your services, and making the most of every moment.

We can’t wait to see you at the DAL Expo!
